At first, when I was still not very strong, I did 10 series of 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups and 10 squats. Eventually I changed to 5×20, 4×25, 3x33(+1) until I could do 50 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats and another 50 push-ups.
Sort of complete, will do another attempt in a month and see if I can do proper push-ups throughout. Still, I'm insanely happy!
